Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS + DELIVERY TIMES
Orders must be placed by 12pm ET to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 3-4 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

If your order contains a hazmat item (e.g., nail polish, pressurized spray cans, fragrance, etc.), it must ship ground Standard Shipping (4-8 days total delivery time).

Select items considered hazmat (hazardous materials) are restricted and must be shipped ground with Standard Shipping.
HAWAII AND ALASKA
We regret that we are unable to ship restricted (hazmat) items to Hawaii or Alaska.
P.O. BOX
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, packages will be sent via USPS.
HAZMAT PRODUCT SHIPPING
If your order contains a hazmat item (e.g., nail polish, pressurized spray cans, fragrance, etc.), it must ship ground Standard Shipping (4-8 days total delivery time including processing time) for domestic and ship Express for international orders. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO military address locations at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer Express and Standard shipping services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes and fees are calculated in your selected currency at checkout.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
DUTIES + TAXES REFUND
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price. If you are returning a purchase and were charged for duties and taxes at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.
Packages do not ship from our fulfillment center on the following holidays:

TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.
RETURNS &
EXCHANGE POLICY
Weaveproducts offers products of integrity. All items purchased from Myweaveproducts.com must be returned to Myweaveproducts.com. Similarly, Weaveproducts can only issue refunds or accept returns and exchanges for items purchased on Myweaveproducts.com.
Items must be unopened and returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only.
Customers who would like to return or exchange a product should email weaveproducts@theceoconnectagency.com for return instructions. A return authorization number will be issued once products are sent back. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, the processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
We're sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged or lost items, please contact us immediately for assistance. If you have questions regarding your return, please contact us by email.
